HOW TO REGISTER FOR LOW-COST SPAY & NEUTER

  1. PRE-QUALIFY ONLINE

  2. ATTEND REGISTRATION
    Qualified applicants receive instructions for an upcoming in-person registration in Lincoln or Otero County.

  3. COMPLETE REGISTRATION
    Bring required eligibility documentation and your $65 client co-pay per pet. We’ll complete your paperwork and schedule your pet’s surgery.

AVNM contributes $200 toward each approved surgery.
Rabies vaccination, microchip and pain medication are included.

Plus, every registered pet receives an AnimalVillageNM PAW-sitive Prevention Pack with helpful pet and post-op supplies.
